Web
Marketing sites, portals, and web apps that load fast on island networks and look sharp on every device.
Caribbean software studio
Goots Lab designs and builds web, mobile, and custom software for SMEs and government teams across the region — from idea to launch, and every release after.
What we do
Built around how the Caribbean actually works — small teams, real budgets, clear timelines.
Marketing sites, portals, and web apps that load fast on island networks and look sharp on every device.
Native-feel iOS and Android apps for fintech, tourism, logistics, and the public sector.
Internal tools, dashboards, and integrations that replace spreadsheets and manual workflows.
Secure hosting, CI/CD, and infrastructure tuned for compliance, uptime, and procurement requirements.
How we work
Every engagement follows the same three phases — so you always know what comes next, what it costs, and when it ships.
A short paid discovery: goals, users, constraints, and a fixed-price build plan. No surprises.
Weekly demos, transparent timelines, and a staging link from day one. You see progress, not promises.
We ship, train your team, and stay on as your long-term technical partner.
Our story
Eleven years, 2 markets, and a lot of late-night deploys. Here are the moments that shaped us.
One problem solver, one engineer, one office in a spare bedroom, a stubborn belief the region deserved better software.
Shipped a national grocery price comparison app recognised at WebSummit 2015 as a leader in its class.
Delivered Barbados' first grocery delivery app, which later became critical in providing families access to food and home supplies during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Launched Barbados' first happiness app, allowing people to learn different paths to happiness based on the experiences of others. Over 5,000 stories shared and consumed by users.
Launched Barbados' first kindness app, designed to create a kinder world. Over 150 projects designed and implemented, ranging from environmental cleanups to installing rainwater harvesting systems on homes across Barbados.
Launched the region's first AI-driven mental wellness app, featuring live avatars and guided journaling grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques.
Launched Barbados' first parent engagement platform — used by schools to reach parents in real time via SMS, Voice, Email, and Push notification, while also streamlining administrative tasks like student registration. Replaced newspaper ads, radio announcements, and printed notes, and reduced teacher and admin workloads by as much as 80%.
Expanded engagements into St. Lucia.
Shipped products serving teams in two Caribbean markets.
Launching a product partnership arm for founders building Caribbean-first software.
